I listened to the first part of Neil Keenan’s breaking news and thought that I should put some notes together since this is some amazing, historical, and incredible information ……… if true!
This does correlate with information coming from various sources including Benjamin Fulford, Yosef, Bruce from the Big Call, WING-IT, Dinar Chronicles, Operation Disclosure, Fisher from the Real Truth Call, ZAP, and other intel/rumor providers.
Please keep in mind that this information furnished by Neil Keenan was published openly on May 5, 2016 but the info stated regarding time windows has passed. Which is all too familiar with those who follow these daily intel/rumor reports. Still the information presented is of historic importance if the information concerning the surrender of the cabal is true.
Of course, discernment is highly advised until it can personally be verifiable to each and every one of us. I always ask myself ...... Are Chemtrails still being sprayed without our consent, Fluoride still in our water, Criminal politicians and bankers still in power, Pedophile Network and Satanic Cult still murdering and raping children, are people still starving for food, are people still homeless, Prosperity Programs delivered /RV of currencies and funds in your bank account? This is my measurement gauge to see how things are progressing for the freedom of humanity. May 2nd 2016 Neil Keenan records a “selfie” video and Intelligence Report concerning the Global Currency Reset, Obama, and the surrender of the Dark Cabal.
Neil Keenan (NK) thanks Benjamin Fulford for the article put out which talks about the Obama situation. The quote below is an excerpt from that specific Fulford report.
In fact, Pentagon sources tell us that the White House was under lock-down April 26 and 27th “as special forces led by [General Joseph] Dunford entered via tunnel to demand resignations.” We can confirm there was a lockdown of the White House those days, officially because of a “fence jumper,” but President Barack Obama has been in public since that time so we are not quite what resignations were demanded. On April 27th a report distributed by the Operation Disclosure Blog quoted an entity going by the name of Deep Source with the following.

Neal Keenan says he will expand a little bit further calling it something “real big”. “I’ll put my neck on the line” NK says.
NK says he is having a hard time trying to close on the Collateral Accounts because no one is stepping up to the plate. NK is very busy getting information from many sources which the following information came from his sources. M2 has given information to Neil Keenan. All the information being received is all valid and all good and is piling on his desk. He would like to share it all but NK says that he is losing time and money to complete his mission so he hasn’t been releasing some of the intel information.
NK says: “The most amazing information that I ever received.” NK says that he is usually cautious and does not talk about intel he receives but this time, his source ‘M2’, is urging Neil to talk about this latest round of intelligence reports.

The AIIB, Wells Fargo, HSBC put a 10 pm EST deadline on Citibank to get Basal III compliant or default. At the same time Obama was scheduled to speak at the White House Correspondents Dinner (WHCD) in D.C.

NK: The cabal and Obama all have their backs against the wall. The pressure was on to have the cabal surrender, if not, president Dunford (General Joseph Dunford) would have announced the New Republic live in front of the entire world’s media press. Absolute cabal surrender came at 8:59:59 EST thus Obama was allowed to speak and Citibank defaulted to AIIB/WF/HSBC and became Basel III compliant.

During the time between April 26 and April 30th, Dunford and his team started the negotiations for the surrender of the Dark Cabal and the USA Corp. Dunford and the resistance movement knew they could use the threat of exposing the Cabal on global media live streaming event that was to air that night on April 30, 2016 at the White House Correspondents Dinner. The cabal finally gave in and surrendered 1 second before 9pm EST on April 30, 2016 to the new republic headed by Dunford.]
Neil Keenan: Security forces that were pulled off earlier in the day from Citibank redemption locations were returned by midnight as 800# and sovereign rates were authorized for Sunday release. These are for private transactions at this time. After the White House Correspondents Dinner (WHCD), Obama didn’t go back to the White House. Obama family does not live in the White House anymore, they currently live in an apartment off of the D.C. beltway for several weeks so that their girls can finish their education. Obama still makes appearances as President.
The RV is scheduled to start worldwide when the Chinese markets worldwide on Monday 6am CST. This did not happen because they are still dealing with private transactions. Private transactions are still not done as of May 2, 2016.
International rates are scheduled to change on FOREX without fanfare as well with sovereign rates showing on or offsite redemption centers concurrently. The plan is to keep everything to feel and look like status quo without bringing attention to the changeover in government, currency, banking, and the control over the republic. General Dunford is now in charge.

US 800# and bank notifications to be released sometime between May 1st through May 3rd. This information is coming from NK sources in Texas. NK says that his people in Texas are involved with this. This time has passed and it may be because of the private transactions still taking place. Internet private group redemptions are considered T4 or Tier 4 and should be starting at midnight with liquidity beginning at 8:45am EST.
They gave NK this information because he has been involved in this fight for several years.
