UNITED States of America   -   It can now be reported that the New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman and his New York Federal Grand Jury have indicted members of Barclays Bank of England and the Central Bank of Japan for operating a "dark pool" aka ponzi scheme, which is secret trading within the banks not available to the public, which is off-exchange.

This type of trading, which is done with crooked computer algorithms, is designed to destroy any real liquidity in the financial markets and allow crooked banks to trade versus each other with the retail customer the guinea pig and the pigeon for this NAZI Paperclip NSA trading program.

The fragmentation of worldwide financial markets has been aided and abetted by crooked worldwide banks and U.S. based discount whorehouse Ameritrade.

Secret drone kill memo released

The memo used to justify the legal killing of American citizens on foreign soil by drone strikes has finally been released Monday by the Department of Justice after months of legal wrangling and pressure from the ACLU and New York Times.

The legal request for the memo came about after the 2011 deaths of three U.S. citizens in Yemen by drone strikes.

Anwar al-Awlaki and Samir Khan were killed in September 2011 while al-Awlaki’s son, Abdulrahman, was killed in October of the same year. All three of those killed were naturalized U.S. citizens or born as such, as stated by the memo, but were also suspected of aiding al-Qaeda.

The Authorization to Use Military Force law, signed days after Sept. 11, 2001, is used largely in defense of the killing of the three without a trial.

The memo states, “the [2001 AUMF] authorizes the military detention of a U.S. citizen captured abroad who is part of an armed force within the scope of the AUMF, it also authorizes the use of ‘necessary and appropriate’ lethal force against a U.S. citizen who has joined such an armed force.”

Therefore, the government seems to believe the status of a person as an enemy combatant supersedes any previously held status by the individual as an American citizen, according to the precedents set within the memo.

Researchers speculate on the strange case of a missing island on Titan that disappeared from photographs over just a few days.

Strange happenings are afoot on Saturn’s fascinating moon Titan.

NASA’s Cassini spacecraft has conducted some flybys, collecting data along the way. In July 2013, the craft’s radar captured images of the Ligeia Mare, a large sea on Titan that’s mainly composed of liquid methane. Researchers noticed what looked like a bright little island on the sea’s surface, a feature that had not been seen in previous images. That island then completely vanished in images taken a couple weeks later.

Titan is not exactly known for sudden landscape changes. It’s currently on a very slow approach to its summer solstice in 2017 and hints of waves on the moon’s lakes were only recently observed earlier this year.

The case of the missing geologic object is the subject of a paper titled "Transient features in a Titan sea" published this week in the journal Nature Geoscience. Cornell planetary sciences graduate student Jason Hofgartner is the paper’s lead author.

Remember when Sen. John McCain took that tour of Syria with the rebels? This is what he said about it when he came back:

“It was a very moving experience to meet these fighters who have been struggling now for over two years,” McCain said on CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360” on Wednesday night. “And they’re very aware of the battlefield situation and they’re very disturbed about the dramatic influx of Hezbollah fighters, more Iranians, and of course, stepped-up activities of Bashar Assad.”

The man closest to John McCain is General Salim Idris, who was the head of the Free Syria “moderates” at the time.

Idris was booted out.

ISIS is saying some of the men on that photo fight with them now.

The globalists build up and support these organisations in order to use them for chaos and war. Global war is the goal.
