NSA meltdown: Utah data compound suffers power surge damage

Is this happening because the "White Hats" are fighting back or is this just some random malfunction?

According to the Wall Street Journal, the National Security Agency's massive spy center in Utah is literally melting. Since August, the $2 billion NSA compound has experienced ten electrical surges that have resulted in electrical components melting down causing approximately $100,000 in damage each time. RT's Meghan Lopez joins Sam Sacks to discuss the NSA's surveillance and how Edward Snowden's revelations are hindering the agency.
