This is not the same structure of the universe as presented by the Ascended Masters or the Galactic Federation of Light. They are still stuck in the 4D realms of this Light Universe. This is verified by the understanding that technology does not exist in the 5th dimension and higher. True spiritual power can manifest anything instantly without the external aid of technology.
