The original 13th amendment was ratified by the states and has never been repealed. Would you not agree ... read the documents for yourself ! Since lawyers and BAR members were in government even when this original 13th amendment was ratified and became Law of the land and they have never left ( one might wonder who was responsible for hiding the original thirteenth amendment) and the original thirteenth amendment clearly states “If any citizen of the United States shall Accept, claim, receive or retain any title of nobility or honour, or shall, without the consent of Congress, accept and retain any present, pension, office or emolument of any kind whatever, from any emperor, king, prince or foreign power, such person shall cease to be a citizen of the United States, and shall be incapable of holding any office of trust or profit under them, or either of them.” Then the Original Constitution with the Original thirteenth Amendment Stands Law of the Land Currently, every Law, Statue, and code enacted since that time is indeed Fraud!
Combine that fact with the very long standing Supreme Court ruling, decision of
Marbury versus Madison 5 US 137 this 1803 case Marbury versus Madison is recorded in volume 5 page 137.
This is one of the leading cases in the history of United States of America and has been challenged some two hundred times and never overturned. The opinion of the court was given by John Marshall Chief Justice of the Supreme Court his opinion was: Anything that is in conflict is null and void of law. He said that for a secondary law to come in conflict with the supreme law was illogical for certainly the supreme law would prevail over all other law and certainly our forefathers had intended that the supreme law would be the basis of All law and for any law to come in conflict with the The supreme law would be null and void, it would Bear no power to enforce, it would bear no obligation to obey, it would report to settle as if it never existed, for unconstitutionality would date from the enactment of such a law, not the date it was so branded. In open court of law, courts are abound to up hold it and no citizens are bound to obey it. It operates as a nullity or a fictional of law (which means it doesn't exist as a law)
And fraud is in conflict of Law.
What does all of this mean? Well Lawyers would want to disagree with this, but let us remember that they now lawfully have no right to disagree or challenge this from any point of authority. What this really means is that our Heavenly Father has pressed the reset button and with doing that, He has freed 350,000,000 Americans, Lawfully and Peacefully without a shot being fired. The true Law of the land for us to follow is the Original Constitution with the Original Thirteenth Amendment and no additional amendments. The constitution has been restored to the people !........ IN GOD WE TRUST!
So now you see that all of the over 100,000,000 Statutes and Codes are TRUELY null and void as well as all Zoning laws, and IRS codes. Now you understand why the government is neither legal or Lawful. Now to be fair, because there are a lot of people that work for the Government that are honest, hard working people that are just doing what they are told and believe they are doing the right thing, these people are not responsible for this fraud. But for District Attorney, Judges that are BAR members and others that know the Law, it is their job to uphold the law. Ignorance of the law is not a valid defense. Shame on them for what they are doing to the people!
Additionally, this means that any individual that has been wrongfully harmed by anyone posing as a Government Officer, Official, Judge, Police Officer or Sheriff can now be brought up on charges before a True Common Law Grand Jury to face charges for their crimes. No one holding an oath to the BAR can participate or oversee any lawful Grand Jury.
As a Lawfully Seated Superior Court Judge of the Continental United States of America, having sworn an oath to uphold the Constitution and protect the people of the United States, having a bond and never been a member of the BAR do Lawfully make this Ruling.
