"High-level groups have just received notification to exchange in the next couple of hours once funds are released. In the event that the funds are not released, notification will be sent."

"The Pentagon has agreed to allow Canadian, Russian, Chinese and other foreign military's to arrest criminals in DC and NY. This was ordered by the Dragon Societies on the request of the Pentagon that a military coup by the US military must be avoided. This had also been reported by Benjamin Fulford.
