This was mentioned
during the workshop, but I would like to mention this again. One of the goals of putting this information out
there is to have those who are interested pass this work along to others. This would be in the form of leading a one on
one guided meditation for another person, or for a group in the form of a “chakra
removal party”. You would then check the
success of the removal process with your pendulum. What fun would that be? For those who are interested, feel free to
use the guided removal exercise from the workshop in your own voice. You might also put on some nice background
music during the process. If you have
any questions on how to guide the process for others, please get in touch. I’d also love to hear about your
