Extraterrestrial Base On Earth, Sanctioned by Officials Since 1954 | Secret Space Program

The following article is a compilation of research as well as insider testimony from a man named Jesse. According to Jesse, the U.S. has been in contact with extraterrestrials since at least the early 1940's, culminating in a series of treaties that allowed these beings to build a base on the Earth's surface in French Polynesia. 

The now infamous Bilderberg group was created shortly after the Bretton Woods Accord in 1944. Apparently one of their tasks was to prepare the public for an eventual ET disclosure event. Quiet possibly the explosion of UFO and ET related fiction since that time is a direct result of these efforts. 

Jesse claims that the U.S. has had an advanced space station in orbit since as early as the 1980's. Additionally, an antigravity spacecraft known as the Nautilus, based out of Utah, makes biweekly trips to the space station. Apparently it US Space Command was once located in Cheyenne Mountain, the same location of the Stargate Program in the film and TV series. 

The following narrative strongly resembles the work of insider Corey Goode, who claims to be a secret space program participant. According to Goode, the UFO contacts of the past, which were once thought to be extraterrestrial in nature, are partially from an ancient human breakaway civilization that has existed below the Earth's surface for eons. Goode produced an extensive report detailing much of this.
