Whistleblower kids case adjourned
Main outcomes:
– Case adjourned to August 4 to give Ella’s team more time to prepare. They had only received all the documents on Monday

Justice Black ordered the transcription of two sets of police
interviews that has not been included in the original case heard by
Pauffley.
– Fresh evidence can be submitted for
consideration. This includes the report on the police interviews that
was excluded by Pauffley (however submitted doesn’t mean accepted
necessarily ). This must be done by 4th August
