Time to reBuild: accessing your blueprint
We have officially returned from our first eclipse voyage of the year, and with our soul’s way more intact than when we embarked upon this substantial soul-retrieving odyssey in late March…all innocent and wide eyed

Regardless of where you find yourself at this moment, I am pretty certain that you are exiting in a very different state than you entered…even if you are not fully aware of it yet. Realistically speaking, we are moving into a whole. new. human. experience. and so we all need a minute to get our bearings and reorient to new life…this birthing was a b-i-g-g-y.
It’s no secret that time has all but evaporated (along with the 4th dimension) and even tho, technically speaking, this was a truncated portal…2 as opposed to 3 eclipses in a row…these r-evolutionary crusades can feel like the lonnngest days of our lives. At this advanced stage of the ascension game eclipses are like being in a vacuum, mostly because we have become so sensitive to energy and how to parlay its influence into our personal expansion that we need very little in the external world to reflect our individual process…in fact, the outside world can serve to detract from it.
And while it can be challenging & frustrating to be so Self consumed, these periods always prove to be so valuable because they
force enable us to go deeper than we are able to with our conscious mind focused on business as usual. The success of any eclipse passage is always contingent on our ability and readiness to deepen…to open to more of our authentic nature and those people/places/things that align with our full truth. Needless to say, these can be very rearranging times…both in our DNA and in our physical lives.
The outcome is such that the deeper we go (the more truth we have the courage to recover) the higher we are able to fly when we get to the other side. And, according to the star folk…fly we must. As of the recent new moon in Aries, a brand new accelerated cycle begins and we will now be supported to utilize the momentum before us to not only take flight, but to learn to balance our wings in the blowing winds of change.
Many of you reading this have consciously delivered the final parts of yourselves to the unity paradigm thru this recent passage. Even if you are still trying to find your physical feet, the star-beings assert that our hearts & minds are absolutely attuned to unity, and the ripple effect of this emergence will continue to undulate for days, months, years to come.
After weeks of frazzled unsettledness (unrest, uncertainty, unpredictability, anxiety, tension, etc.), swimming in super-charged Arian seas, we are now moving into a space of growing calm. An anchoring in underway…we are grounding more deeply than ever into the core of our being where that once familiar feeling that all is well lives. And not a minute too soon.
If you are already feeling this supportive space of centeredness, of neutral observation, know that this is the result of major defragmentation…of BEcoming whole again…the foundation and requirement for the the actualization and attainment of christ consciousness. This governing energy is available to all those who have finished the course requirements from the univers-ity of cause and effect, passed all the polarity finals, and are readying to begin co-constructing the collective dream (divine blueprint) for new earth.
Last year close to this time we were (collectively) reaching the stage of evolution where we were able to more effortlessly emancipate ourselves from suffering. Things didn’t get any easier, in fact, the opposite is likely true, but we had a multitude of divine feminine support to transcend our emotional attachment to hardship. This year we have an abundance of divine masculine support to transcend our physical attachments to hardship and create something entirely different out of our lives…out of the proverbial ashes of our past.
On the long road Home (return to Self) we have experienced death after death…rebirth after rebirth…graduated from level after level of attainment. Every year for the last 15 we have been repetitively torn down so that we could rebuild on a lasting foundation of truth. Each of us in our own way has left the flock in order to forge new human frontiers and actualize our deeply-felt potential. We faced our most paralyzing fears, integrated our darkest shadows, wholed our broken, untrusting hearts, let go in ways we didn’t know were possible…all in the name of surrendering to the greater plan guided by our higher Self…and mostly on what seemed like just “a hunch”.
We are all at different places on our path but one thing we can all agree on is that we are no where near the person we “thought” we were before 1999 when we entered The Galactic Cycle (according to the Mayan calendar)…the second to last underworld leading us to global enlightenment.
And while we have certainly achieved the impossible in terms of our inner-expansion, of reestablishing the divine feminine energy on this planet, very little has changed in the outer world to reflect the amount work we have put in…at least not to the extent of, or in equal measure to our toils and labors. We have spent so much time purifying and transmuting that very little vitality has been available for building the physical structures that our world needs to embody this new energy…for those of us in the constant throes of genetic (trans)mutation, we just don’t have any tread left on our very worn tires.
In walks father God.
After the very powerful merging of sacred forces at the equinox…that which triggered the birth of our triality consciousness…the divine King is finally rejoining his sovereign Queen in order to rebuild a true partnership in co-creation. Now, and with the support of the long-awaited return of our beloved & empowered sacred male, we can finally begin to resurrect our bodies and lives in order to manifest the physical structures in our worlds to match our true divine nature.
Where we have been mostly unable to get our greater visions off the ground and implement our divine dreams in the physical world, our (inner) male counterpart is beckoning…asking to assist and compliment us in more complete ways. Where we have been unable to protect our precious vulnerability in the world and abundantly “provide” for ourselves, our inner warrior begs to rise and take command of the universal force to conspire to our success.
Where we have been unable to fuel our passions, structure our lives, create order out of chaos, we will gain more and more support to move from our long-suspended state of inertia to spontaneous, directed action in order to ground into form all the heartfelt/divine desire we cultivated while in the pregnant abyss of potential.
We are moving into a momentum-building phase where we will need the creative force of our empowered GOD nature to move us from the stillness/inaction of the VOID, of infinite possibilities, to the inspired actions that eventually accomplish our goals and ground our visions into purpose-filled achievements.
In many or most ways, we have been thru a very difficult 6 months of relentless embodiment (since the eclipses of last October followed by the 11:11 gateway) but the galactics say that it is time now to declare ourselves…to bring our highest creative visions and ideas to earth and lay the framework in order to begin putting our BIG plans in play.
And here’s the best news: there is a divine dispensation being offered over the next several weeks..a leg-up, if you will…for those who are willing & prepared to step into their life’s mission at this time.
It’s time to rebuild. Do you know your part in the divine plan?

(re)Building Begins
The incoming messages from the galactic councils are clear: the time has come to implement the divine plan.
For those who are ready to take part at the very inception point of this building and constructing phase, you are unmistakably awakening to the call within you now. This call is beckoning you to step forth in a more pronounced way, plucking just the right heart strings to orchestrate the sound of your soul so that it can harmonize in unison with the divine plan. As your soul song is struck, so too is your vision activated to open to the divine plan of earth.
This plan, vast beyond our current comprehension, is fractal in nature which means each of us harbor the plan in entirety…yet overlayed with our individual part, that which is most pronounced.
As you open to your own individual seedlings you open to the entire garden, as it were…for you contain within you the access point to all other new earth creations. This will produce some cross-seeding of sorts, that which will yield new level creations never before conceived of. -Sirian high Council
This means that for those who are now awakening to the memory of our pre-incarnated plan, we are going to be (if not already) magnetizing new relationships and in some cases partnering with others who share our visions for the new earth. In many cases, these will be kindred souls who we pre-created the new earth template with and so we are urged to stay open to sudden new connections…even if these connections seem diametrically opposed to our own visions, we are asked to look for the common thread that binds us, for in some cases these unions may represent the “other half” of our manifest destiny.
However this unfolds, it is made clear to me that a coming together is on tap (or already underway) and will be a major next step toward conceptualizing and constructing the new earth. The Sirians call these developing soul groups “the new leaders of the divine plan”.

Hall of Records
Now, for those of you who are not in full awareness, or would like more clarity around your part in the divine plan, there is good news…I have been asked to announce that there is a divine dispensation (a window of celestial support) being offered to those who are willing to step forth at this time, but have not (for whatever reason) been able to connect to, envision, or trust in your own unique contribution at this time.
What I am told is that we are all being offered assistance by the Sirian Councils of Light to open the seal, so to speak, to reveal the Hall of Records.
We come forth to greet humanity due to the governing energy of Sirius at this time. The Sirius star system is sending many high frequency waves of energy to the planet and is holding space for all the burgeoning ascended masters, enfleshed.
The Hall of Records is described to me as a vibrational storehouse of encoded information about humanity and earth. It records the thoughts of humanity as well as information patterns regarding the evolution of all planetary species. In other words, the HOR houses the divine plan for earth as well as the collective memory (akashic records) of humankind along with every individual soul’s akashic records.
The reason for this storage I am told, is to keep humanity’s history safeguarded for observation and future planning and development. The entire library of records is stored and protected by the Sirian gatekeepers of earth, those here to guard the sacred knowledge inherent in our global systems.
The Sirian High Council makes it clear that the HOR has a vibrational access code, meaning this dispensation is offered only to those whose light-LOVE quotient matches the frequency of new earth…those who have mastered Self LOVE and have risen sufficiently above causality/moved beyond separation consciousness. NOTE: I am asked to assert that for those who are not yet prepared to access your records that there will be more openings in the times ahead….that if you do not meet the vibrational requirements at this time, you will absolutely be able to return to the Hall of Records when you have embodied more LOVE.
The way I understand it, this information will involve light downloads (some encoded in this message) and activations set forth by the Sirian masters and councils of light to those who are ready to enter into and create the kingdom of heaven, on earth.
To be clear, we will not be given our “mission of service” per se, we are being offered the ability to open to the Hall of Records to extract this information for ourselves. This will involve our direct participation in that once we are activated (aware of this opportunity) and open to receive, we will call forth our soul team and star guides…in some cases they will come TO us…to transmit this data from the Sirian star portals and gateways that are opening in the heavens at this time for this very purpose. (more on the how-to below) NOTE: For those of Sirian star descent, you may be noticing that you are already opening to these records by default…via snapshot glimpses of the future, both for yourself and/or for those people in your world…simply because of your galactic heritage and genetic connection.
More importantly, the SHC says that upon leaving the eclipse portal we entered into a new ‘default’ reality program, one that includes access to these higher realms of light and LOVE. Because of this, they are standing in as guides at this juncture, offering to assist all those who willingly enter into cosmic alignment with the Sirian star system so that we may have the opportunity to access this sacred information at this important time.

Garden of Eden
What we see as important, even vital at this time, is the recollection of your ability as cosmic purveyors to access and share this information for the future creation of earth, the Garden of Eden, as it were, as it is recorded in the annals of time.
The Sirians tell me that the paradisiacal Garden of Eden is literally the archetype blueprint for the future of humanity…only it is inherently more complex & sophisticated. In other words, the original Eden archetype, that which is represented as primarily nature…depicted in our religious texts as a literal garden…is but ONE aspect of the template in totality.
What they want for us to understand is that each of us contains the Eden blueprint in our hearts, including our own unique part in it, and that the entry point to such sacred knowledge resides within us because we each had a part in creating it:
As the golden frequencies descend upon the earth, new level information will rise in the minds & the hearts of the Golden Ones.You are coming home to the very blueprint you had a part in creating. This template was put into place by the now ascending collective, those rising as creator Gods to cocreate the new earth. This, dear comrades, is not symbolic…but very literal .
Translation: we are not in the world, the world is in us.

Accessing the Records
To reiterate as I am informed, there is a very beneficial galactic opening that gives us the ability to connect with the Sirian masters who are standing in as guides, ready and willing assist us to access the Hall of Records and to share their wisdom and knowledge of planetary ascension, of the divine plan, for those who are open and vibrationally aligned with this sacred information.
Here are the specific instructions I was given by the Sirian High Council to access the HOR…the way it works is simple:
You will be activated, or shall we say “entrenched in” Sirian star light for the next several weeks of your time.As you read these words that are encrypted with activation codes to bring you into alignment with the Hall of Records, you will be granted permission to access as your resonance will allow.This means that in the weeks that follow you will have an extraordinary window of opportunity to read the records for your own benefit and the benefit of the future creations of and for humanity.To do this, you will call on your soul/star team with intention to ‘access the records’ and simply open yourself to receive the information that comes through to you. This may be an instant transfer of time-coded information that will open and unfold over time, or it may be immediate. Either way, once you open to receive, this information will be imparted unto you.We highly recommend a journaling practice over the next several weeks, more specifically until the (June) solstice event, as this information descends upon the earth plane.The primary reason for this dispensation is to give those without conscious access to their soul’s plan a glimpse of what’s becoming possible for all, as well as snapshot of your individual contribution toward the creation of Eden.
This will not be a time basking in the information, but a time to begin taking steps toward the implementation of said creations.
Those who are opening to the Hall of Records at this time will be pulled into a greater rhythm with the force of creation, and rather quickly, in order to move into the implementation of the divine systems that could only be envisioned prior. In other words, great movement will be spawned by this sacred knowledge.

Accelerated Change
As we open ourselves up to receive the extraordinary flashes of insight contained within the Hall of Records, replete with our specific part in the divine plan, the Sirians ask that I make clear the understanding that we are moving into an accelerated period of change. This window of energy they tell me, is unlike anything available to us prior and because of that they would like to help guide and direct us toward the understanding of what is taking place and how to “move” in these uncharted waters.
Really what we are saying is that the energies available to you now are limitless, that they represent the cosmic capabilities that each of you are wholly familiar with, yet just beginning to remember.
As a prelude to this understanding, let us first say that you are moving from the unmanifest to the manifest…from the accrual of consciousness to the application of said consciousness.
This is a different dynamic, one that requires knowledge over the forces of both cosmic and natural law. (more on that below)
Because this is the first time many of us are applying full consciousness in form, I am told that there was a very necessary time lapse between the accrual and application of consciousness in order for us to remember our governing roles as Gods. But now, in this period of acceleration, that time lapse is dissolving which means many are going to be taking their training wheels off and learning to take flight.
The irony is that in order to fly, we must first fully ground…
In order to ‘get off the ground’, as it were, to begin to live your life at the level of elevated consciousness that you have worked so hard to achieve, you must first fully embody your soul’s divine essence in form. In other words, you must occupy your vehicles fully and completely in order to navigate them at will.
This (embodiment) process was so obviously (and painfully) reinforced during the extremely potent eclipse portal that we are just now being born out of…ie, we were squeezed nearly to death by the compression of that birth canal so that we can begin a brand new journey, enfleshed, as Gods.
At the time of reading this you may not have a belief or understanding in how this will be possible, but what we want for you to take away from this is the knowing that once you are birthed fully in the new world, you will be privy to the tools, the energetics of the new world, and so each and every obstacle that you foresee, that you face now, will seemingly vanish under the new light of the new world.
That is not to say that those things you are working on will resolve themselves, but that you will be bestowed upon in ways that make resolution much more effortless, enjoyable even.
Right now you are still swimming in a sea of untold potential, yet we say to you that there is going to be a shift from the swarm of unrealized potential to the actualization OF it. You may even feel overwhelmed at the prospect, but heed our words in that you will feel a very different way about this energy after the completion of this current cycle.
The SHC also cautiously brings to my attention that during this approaching period of accelerated change that this will include “unwelcomed” change for some (my feeling is that they mean at the level of the masses). This is not to say that this change is unplanned, for everything has its purpose, only that those who are, as yet, unwilling or unable to see the proverbial forest thru trees still need some coercion.
Our hope is that each of you who are aware of said change will be the pillar of light, the anchor of hope, for the fallen.
This is not to say that your focus should be on gloom, but that your awareness of the inevitable will help to buffer the strength of these energies in the lives of those who seem to fall prey. Again, nothing is unplanned and on the highest level, everyone participating on earth is fully aware of the divine plan and their part in it.
From this perspective, please realize that there truly are no victims.

Kinetic Conversion
A couple of reports ago I mentioned that we were moving from a state of potential into more of a kinetic energy dynamic. As a result, we were told that we must become accustomed to commanding…and that this is no longer a passive experience but a proactive, co-creation between you and YOU…between your humanity and divinity.
The Sirians want to reinforce this understanding and ask that I share the following information directly:
Thermodynamics first law states that energy cannot be created or destroyed, but instead can only change forms…in other words, you must have both a source of potential and kinetic energy. In this dynamic there are two forces constantly in collaboration with each other and what we want for you to understand is that these two forces are the same forces that each of you have contained within your very being.
Let us explain…
The laws of physics stipulate that what goes up must come down, correct? Well, by that law of nature, you are bound…
Or are you?
What we are trying to convey while you think about that is the understanding that you yourself are the same energy by which you are utilizing in the world around you. In understanding this co-creation dynamic, YOU are both the kinetic and potential force of energy that is required to create according to the physical laws of your world.
This means that you yourself are subject to the very same thing that you are creating.
For example…as said prior…according to the law of gravity in the natural world, you are accustomed to the dynamic that what goes up must come down. But in the world of potential energy, there is certainly more than one outcome to that possible scenario, only you are accustomed to ONE outcome and so you abide by that law religiously….and we choose that word wisely.
Well, we are here to say that “what goes up” doesn’t only come down, but can move in any direction…even disappear altogether…should you understand how to work with the laws of the physical world in conjunction with your now-cosmic orientation.
And this is what we want to help you to discover in the unfoldment of your memory of “creation”.
Awesomeness.
In light of that, you may already be noticing that things don’t necessarily work the way they used to, that there is seemingly no “order” left to creation…especially in terms of linearity…that we have to throw all our balls up in the air at once, and then add momentum to each creation as IT calls us forth. True/divine creation is cyclical, and it can be frustrating to get the hang of so many unfinished projects spinning about, just waiting for cosmic timing…tho the SHC say there is also a way to utilize the laws of nature, of time and space, in conjunction with these cycles.
In the coming days you are going to be noticing, in increasing ways, that the physical application of creation entirely unfamiliar, yet we are here to say that it is in fact very familiar in that you are all well-versed in understanding the creation dynamic…only now you are going to be applying it in form.
The first step is by way of command…for it is our command of life force that changes “potential” into kinetic energy.
Since the apprenticeship period began we have been learning to rise up and take command of our energy field, to get in front of the energy so to speak, to apply our intention in a way that utilizes the full spectrum of our chakra system via the merger of our divinity and humanity. At times, especially during the eclipses, it may have felt like dark arts training in that we were faced with some crippling fear-based constructs in order to wield our creator power, to become bigger than our fears.
Now, in the wake of the eclipse cycle we are opening to the understanding that applied force is now required to move these sacred energies thru us and into the earth plane where the natural laws preside. In doing so, we are not “forcing” per se, but “commanding” the force. This difference is everything. It is the component to true creation that so many are unfamiliar with and so things will grow seemingly more confusing for those who are losing a grip on how it works here.
That said, and for those aware of the shift in the creation dynamic, we are here to say that you are going to be having a great deal of fun now!
If you’re reading this, know that you already embody this dynamic…it is inherent in our now-activated DNA programs, only we have been anchoring this energy onto the planet for so long that some have been unable to effectively apply it. Now however, it is time to begin employing these new/ancient creation programs and enacting them in the world around us.
Again, our command of energy is the first step…it is in brandishing our creator God power that we ignite the spark of creation both within and around us.
Once we gain full command over our personal energy we begin converting potential to kinetic energy with consciousness…with intention. I am hearing that this is the first part of the creation program that has been deployed and will be in full focus until the June solstice. Much of the period between now and then will be on the application of mental mastery in that we will be learning/remembering how to mechanically employ mind over matter, to convert potential to kinetic energy with our mind alone.
See where I am going with this??
Yes, our brain power has increased measurably and we are about to understand what that means in very literal ways. I am told that we are going to be seeing increased mental capability, abilities that will lend to the actualization of our telekinetic powers.
Yes, we mean that quite literally for you are going to be witnessing some extraordinary advances that will begin with enhanced creation capacity but will take you all the way to the actualization of, the procurement of matter.
We know this is a bit challenging to believe at this time, yet we assure you this is a very natural next step on your evolutionary journey and that your ability to harness this capability will serve each of you in the coming days, months and years of new earth creation.

Understanding Unity
As we wobble and stumble to find our footing, post-eclipse, the SRC reminds us again that we need to be mindful that we are in a new ‘default’ reality program….one without separation constructs. More than anything, this means that everything we desire to BE, do or have is already contained within us and so our new orientation to life is no longer about our relationship to each other and the world, but our relationship to, and experience of, ourSelves IN the world.
At your inception into the new world, little will seem the same by way of your participation with creation in the sense that all of your constructs based in ego-separation will have beensevered, and left in its place will be nothing but YOU and your relationship with YOU in the physical world.
As you come to palpably understand that there is no separation between you and the world around you, you will begin to witness, first hand, how to effectively work within your new reality program.
Moving forward into this new cycle of creation, and to be as effective as possible, we have to really grasp that once we merge within, we are not separate from that which we create….that we are all of everything that we see in the world around us. As we grasp this holographic consciousness in totality, so too will our long held desires become an active part of our hologram.
We are going to be noticing that the ways in which we participate with world are very similar, in fact identical, to the ways in which we relate to ourselves and vice versa. As we come to understand this mirroring process experientially, the world around us is going to become more alive, animated by the light of our own consciousness in such a way that it will be unmistakable. For example, we are going to more clearly see that what we perceive in the world is based solely on our own reality (consciousness), and not what actually exists…that what we ARE, we create..ie, in unity we see ourSelves in everything, everyone, without fail.
Knowing this, you are going to be privy to the realization that what you wish to create for yourself and for the world are the very same thing. That there is no separation between what you, yourself desire and what the world desires…for when you have merged into unity fully, when there is no separation between you and YOU, between your humanity and your divinity, then surely your desires are responsive to the whole, to the part of the divine plan that was put in play by YOU, for you…and ultimately for the good of All.
The Sirians say that this connection between our own heartfelt desires and the divine plan will become very apparent in the days ahead, especially for those willing to work with the Hall of Records since the HOR literally exists within our hearts and holds in place the entirety of the blueprint for earth as well as the individual blueprint for each of us who are creating it.
This cornucopia of creation (the divine plan) will obviously grow over time as more and more people awaken to their divinity and merge with the desire to create for the greater good, but in the meantime, those of us who are moving into this reality more fully at this time…this is our moment to harness our creation power through understanding the dynamic of unity…that as we engage our own heart felt desires we are, in fact, engaging and affecting the divine plan.

Remembering the Future
The human mind, when based in (3D) separation consciousness can only see thru to a very limited amount of options, opportunities, resolutions and outcomes based on the constructs held in place by the structures of time and space. The Sirians tell me this is changing now and as a result we are opening to much greater vision in order to harness new, higher level ideas that will help evolve our world.
As you become ONE with this greater version of yourSelf, as you learn to see life through the eyes of your divinity, you will lose the human myopia that keeps you limited to so few options for attainment.
Moving into this understanding fully you will begin to see your world transform before your very eyes. You will notice that those things that once seemed like obstacles to your success simply vanish in the light of your unified consciousness, for those obstacles once perceived were simply ramifications of, reflections of your former-fragmented self…the part of you that was invested in the idea of time and space, of separate from your divinity and from the divine plan.
The 5D heart of mind...in the words of the Pleiadians..is not limited to the confined constructs we are accustomed to….in fact, we have access to 6, 7, even 8+ dimensions of possibility and probability at once here. Using full consciousness to create means we are able to view both the past and the future simultaneously in order to choose the highest and best outcome for the present.
For those familiar with or adept at the mechanics of new creation, you may attribute this to “remembering the future”…using the higher mind to recall (channel) that which has already been created in order to manifest it in the physical world. From this perspective, that which we call soul memory, is actually the storehouse of (akashic) “memory” from our already created future. (sorry if that scrambled your brain)
This more expanded view will obviously yield more solutions, more openings, more fuel for our creations, so that we are able to base our every moment in the certainty of our highest good and the highest good for all (divine plan)….that which offers the most effortless, most streamlined, most rapid mechanism for creating our heartfelt dreams.
Yes, this is all waiting for you to discover, to unfurl, and while we understand that this may not yet be readily obvious, we assure you that as you open to this new cycle…not just for you and for your creations, but for earth and all of humanity as well…you will be well in the know of that which we speak.

Mind Over Matter
Lastly I am hearing that during the upcoming Mercury retrograde cycle (in May-June)…we are going to be schooled in how the mind is the director of reality in this new world…that it is going to be a time of expanded understanding as it relates to our mental mechanism of creation.
Utilize this time to hone your skills, to sharpen your tools so that you may come into alignment with the capabilities inherent with each of you now…those of mind over matter.
As our emotional bodies balance out and we neutralize in stillpoint, we are able to more clearly witness the mind as the extraordinary tool that it is. Where the heart is our magnetic component for attraction, the mind is the electric component for creation. The difference is in the application….ie, the mind imprints, the heart draws. The mind utilizes thought to conceptualize the contents of the heart.
Think of it like this: the (high) heart holds the information in totality to your entire life plan, it is inseparable from the divine plan. The (high) mind structures that information into individualized application and form…it separates your part from all others.
For the last 4 weeks especially, you may have noticed your mind spinning in overdrive trying (in vain) to compute how to structure all your emerging desires into something tangible. It has been mostly overwhelming to move so rapidly into a creative flow without our feet solidly planted on the ground, but that’s because we were still gathering up potentials….and soul fragments.
