I knew always that real friends are rare but I did not realise that there are so few. Our township has a hundred percent unmoral municipal council behaving like the tree apes and apparently thinking that’s good for their promotion and career therefore there is no help to expect from this side.
Today I wrote an article and a request to cease and desist carrying on with their criminal behaviour to the ministry of justice. Please publish and add these two plus the Strafanzeige 01. April 2015 as a third one and follow up to the Nazi-Style kangaroo courts in Austria ones.

Following is my firsthand-account how life looks like under the Austrian Republic. What I have to say is not intended to cheat you, I want to educate you, therefore I have to clarify something that the very word Republic is an intended con in order to deceive and mislead large sections of the public in thinking in the wrong direction because in fact, what we have there, is a registered private corporation with the D&B D-U-N-S number 300175484.
What this means is that everything derived from this corporation is de facto and not de jure because it is lacking in originality and therefore the whole system is a lie and a hoax, a joke at its best, a Punch and Judy show performed by confidence tricksters and costumed actors of an international crime syndicate trying to control everybody and everything under one umbrella in the name of the fictitious big idiot who cannot be hold accountable because he doesn’t exist.
You know the jig is up when you did nothing wrongs what so ever and those fraudulent parasites and traitors commence treating honest and dissent people like criminals. I am fed up with their utter inhuman corporate stupidity, their name game, their creation mocking false straw men identities, their insisting on and referring to those none disclosed therefore null and void contracts and documents. If you confront them with facts and logic they react like windows with a Blue Screen of Death and they send you a Punch letter with an empty phrase like this “no substrate” meaning the system is broke and has no move left and can only proceed in a dishonest and criminal way.
As I made fun of their silly game and do not honour their fake contracts and none disclosed certificates they had to bring in a new marionette. This was the entrance point for the witch to fabricate an expertise out of thin air in order to enable the bitch to appoint a trustee so they can steal my money for their masters of this slavery system and coerce me with all sorts of evil in which they are really good at otherwise me thinks they are incapable to vamp up a flat tire of their bicycle without consulting a professional.
Having rejected without dishonour all their offers to contract and summons to court up to now as an invitation to take part in a criminal act under false pretences, I have spoiled their party too often as it appears because they concocted another attempt of a snaky ambush threatening me with a subpoena if I am a no-show at their next appointment which I take as a spoof.
On April-01-2015 I brought a charge against the public prosecutor (52), the judge and their so-called expert as the leading actors of this kangaroo court system concerning perversion of justice, fabrication of an expertise and crimes against humanity. I demanded from them with a time limit to supply evidence of the psychiatric examination which I denied to pay for and they now enforce with an attachment to my pension and I also required to present proof of a lawful and valid contract otherwise their court order and everything else in this context would be legitimate evidence of actually committed crimes. As they couldn’t present any evidence what so ever it stands now as a fact (53). Therefore we can rank as a matter of fact Austria as a rogue state with Nazi-Style kangaroo courts enforcing fees for crimes against humanity “Q.E.D.”.
Now let’s have a look what kind of moral we encounter enabling this kind of mindboggling corruption and uttermost criminality not by assuming but actually proving. For that reason I made the test in our municipality first with the mayor and next with the whole municipal council. All I can say is that the result was and still is unbelievable and outrageous for me. Not one single individual with a character of a moral commitment. At the beginning they express indignation and offer you help but as soon as it gets to concrete action they draw in their horns. The same results apply to my own family, neighbours and colleagues from the ÖBB as well as the rest of this honourable society. That’s a mindset I find simply disgusting hence I restrain from more comments on this subject. Every soul has to make its own choice.
Today I wrote an open letter to the ministry of justice with an order to cease and desist from any further criminal activity (54). In order to bring this letter into the public domain I had to write this short article in English and make an attachment to it. There are just a couple of really independent sites where one can publish such sensitive information till now I tried many but haven’t found a single one in the German-speaking world.
Don’t let you be deceived and bamboozled by those disgraceful scoundrels because money has no intrinsic value, you are the value! And never ever forget that you are an eternal spirit having a human experience!

Crimes in the name of law: perpetrated by the Austrian judiciary.

According to a letter (36) dated June-23-2014 I received a request for payment from the regional court St. Pölten, the provincial capital of Lower Austria, in which they demanded, that I have to pay 675 EURO for an expertise of an allegedly psychiatric examination which never ever took place.
Therefore I asked them in a written reply (37): “What kind of weed are you smoking at the judiciary to come up with the lunatic notion that one can force me by law to act unlawfully in financing a riddled with lies expertise, the evidently exhaustive corruption and the previous criminal behaviour? The law quite the converse to your claim and modality binds me to contribute to abetment, prevention and crime detection and not to complicity and cover-up of criminal doings.”
As a consequence of my refusal to their order for payment these shameful criminals made an attachment to my pension and are now stealing my money in this way. They seize my pension to the minimum subsistence level and locked my overdraft facility that’s why I call them the actors of mundi, the creators of hell on earth, a bunch of well-paid parasites and professional troublemakers.
That’s tyranny in the name of law made transparent at its best for everybody to recognize it with one single functional brain cell left.
Let’s end with an apt quotation coined by Thomas Jefferson:”Resistance to tyranny is obedience to God!”
