Boston Marathon Trial: Absurdities in Tsarnaev’s Case

The question is: did the Tsarnaev brothers perform a carjacking, in addition to their (alleged) planting of a bomb at the Boston Marathon? Also, did they murder a security guard at MIT?

The older brother Tamerlan is (allegedly) deceased, so the person on trial in Boston this week is the 21-year-old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

Note: I shan’t continue to use the word “alleged” here, but as you will see, I think everything is debatable. Clearly something happened at the April 15, 2013 Marathon. But how can a citizen know the details? We are passive recipients of information from two corrupt sources: government and the media!

I’ll suggest here that we try to apply logic, and the experience of past cases.

The Scene in Boston

Almost certainly some people were injured. The claim is that 260 were injured. I think that figure is on the high side. The winners of the race had crossed the finish line around 2 hours before the bombs went off at 2.49pm (though many fans wait for amateur runners to straggle in).

I haven’t heard what percent of the remaining fans the injured constituted. If only 10% got hurt, that means 2600 were standing there. Seems unlikely.

And what about the loss of limbs? We hear that many suffered amputation. I’m not one who doubts the entire story of amputation. I was put off by the many de-bunk videos. In my article “Duplex False Flags,” (at Gumshoenews.com), I said:

I give the name ‘duplex’ to the new phenomenon in which, as soon as there is a false flag event, there is, simultaneously, a critique of it. The ‘CIA’ lets loose on the Internet-reading public a barrage of information showing the falseness of the story.”

I think we should neither accept the official story, holus bolus, nor fall into the trap of believing that it’s all a wag-the-dog type creation. (The story that no child died at Sandy Hook school is scurrilous, and was surely generated by Insiders!).

I’ll now drop the matter of amputations on the grounds that it’s impossible to know who’s genuine. Might someone fake such a thing? Yes. People fake things all the time. The US government went to incredible lengths to create false story about the collapse of the WTC towers. I’m afraid everything is up for grabs.

The Carjacking

Soon after the event, Bostonians were treated to a TV spot that said that an Asian man, whose identity would not be revealed, had reported being carjacked by the Tsarnaev brothers. He said Tamerlan boasted to him of having done the bombing!

Right then and there I decided not to believe this part of the story. We’ve got two criminals on the run, and they blurt out their story to a stranger? Merely for the joy of bragging? I don’t think so.

A couple of day ago (13 March, 2015), CNN reporters Ann O’Neill and Ray Sanchez informed us that the carjackee can now be identified. His name is Dun Meng. He has given sworn testimony at the federal court trial of Dzhokhar, which has recently begun.

Note: the accused Dzhokhar has admitted that he did plant the bombs at the Marathon, under command of his late brother, but his lawyers still want a trial. (Oddly, media never dwells on the interesting fact that this young lad is in a state of bereavement!)

If one day it is found that Tsarnaev didn’t carjack Meng, I hope charges of perjury will be laid. We can’t have the public thinking of court testimony as iffy-maybe, can we?

The Example of the Brian Nichols Case

In regard to carjackings, I am on record expressing my skepticism about the murder trial of Brian Nichols, who was convicted of shooting Judge Roland Barnes in an Atlanta courtroom. (Naturally I think the Powers That Be wanted this good judge bumped off, and set Mr Nichols up for the deed.)

It was said that Nichols carjacked five cars right after escaping from the courthouse. At first, only one such carjacking was mentioned. Close to the day of the event, an employee of the Atlanta Constitution Journal said he had been the victim of the carjacking. He showed a gash on his forehead to prove it.

Then, inexplicably, four others were added, much later, to the list. Again, and pardon me for offering strictly-personal judgments, I think that a man who had just escaped jail – an African-American man at that – would not be so deluded as to think he could get away with such adventurous criminality. It all sounds scripted, as if someone is testing our willingness to accept anything!

More likely, the multiple carjackings were added in to make it extra-difficult for the public to declare that he was framed.

Note: such are the powers of hypnosis that Brian Nichols may have actually been guided to carry out the five carjackings, rather than merely to have been falsely accused! Who can tell?

Getting the Gun from the MIT Security Guard

It is claimed the Tsarnaev brothers, having finished their religiously-inspired task of bombing the Marathon, made a decision to go and do more damage in Times Square, New York. Well, if it were me, and I had just committed a nationally reported crime, I would not be making a new decision like that. But OK, for the moment, say it is so.

The boys wanted a gun. So how would they get one? By killing a guard at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, it is claimed. However, by some writer’s imaginative trick (?), the holster lock prevented the brothers from taking the man’s gun. Again in this week’s Boston trial, a witness is saying he saw the murder of that guard take place.

May I make another reference to Atlanta judge-killer, Brian Nichols? Early in the reporting, in 2005, he was said to have been escorted by a female guard from his prison cell to the courtroom, and that he was able to perform his (several) murders that day by grabbing her gun.

Later, when media realized that these guard are not allowed to wear a gun when escorting a prisoner – for precisely the risk of that happening – the story changed. We then had Nichols telling the guard to take him to her locker where she kept her gun. (Nichols is presently a lifer, over these crimes). Amazing all around. I do not believe a word of it.

The Confessional Writings

Here is another news-getting aspect of the Tsarnaev trial. The judge is said to be making a decision this week as to whether the jury will go to Watertown to inspect the boat on whose wall Dzhokhar wrote relevant statements. I say Save the busfare! The material has already been gleaned.

The question is whether looking at it in situ would have any value. (I mean that’s my question, not the judge’s.) It contains various admissions of guilt. Sorry, but I can’t take that seriously. A man so in fear of his life that he is hiding in a boat would have no reason to volunteer a confession. Yet, per CBS Boston, the boat-wall says:

“I do not mourn because his [Tamerlan’s] soul is very much alive. God has a plan for each person. Mine was to hide in this boat and shed some light on our actions,” he wrote, according to the photos shown to the jury by prosecutors. The note also said:

“The U.S. Government is killing our innocent civilians but most of you already know that. As a M (bullet hole) I can’t stand to see such evil go unpunished, we Muslims are one body, you hurt one you hurt us all. …Now I don’t like killing innocent people it is forbidden in Islam but due to said (bullet hole) it is allowed.”

(Note: the bullet holes are from where the cops, or soldiers, shot at Dzhokhar. Wikipedia said they located him by thermal imaging in the boat and shot him. I would guess that to be an illegal assault. We have many means of subduing a fugitive with chemicals, don’t we?
Has anyone protested this new style?)

Just a guess: The wall-writing concoction covers, for legal purposes, the presence of a motive. It also, for sway-the-population purposes, mentions that we’re all in danger from Muslims.

The Fabulous Confabulation by “Bart Ross”

An outlandish made-up-murderer case is that of Bart Ross. There’s a judge in Chicago named Joan Lefkow. One day, in 2005, her husband and mother were murdered in her house while she was away. At first, the news blamed Mathew Hale, a militia man, who had told an informant he was planning to kill Lefkow. (Hale is now in prison for making that promise.)

For some reason, that was not seen as good explanation of the murders of Joan Lefkow’s mother and husband. It was then brought up that Bart Ross, a disgruntled litigant in a medical malpractice case, who had cancer of the mouth, may have wanted revenge on the judge.

Ross purportedly broke into the Lefkow home and was startled to find the mother, whom he of course had to shoot. He then waited for hours (this, a man with advanced cancer; you might think he would realize he had just given Joan a sufficient punishment). When the husband came home, Ross had to shoot him, too.

I think the makers of these stories rely on the simple psychological fact that humans believe any explanation that makes sense. Disgruntled litigant = revenge. Waiting for Joan but someone else appears = forced to kill him.

The denouement? Police pulled Ross over for a burnt tail-light. For some reason, this caused him to pull out a gun and shoot himself. But that’s not all. On his shirt was a note to the police that instructed them to go to the back of the car to find a more full written confession! (How did he know he was going to be caught for a burnt tail-light?)

Sorry. Does not pass the giggle test. Does not even pass the guffaw test.

No trial, indeed no investigation, was thus needed for the double murder in a judge’s household, thanks to the confession. Wow.

And wouldn’t you know it, the FBI found Bart Ross’s fingerprints on cigarette butts in the Lefkow basement. Do you think that should settle the matter?

I wish Bostonians would not be afraid to express doubts about the Marathon bombing. Maybe all is kosher with the Tsarnaev court case, maybe not. Maybe the judge himself want to throw in some skepticism, but cannot if he sees the citizenry as all-accepting.

In any case, there is no entity other than society itself that can take up the job of opposing the corruption of our institutions.

Think 9-11 when dealing with any matter.
