report on CIA torture programs and interrogation tactics implemented by
Dick Cheney and the George W. Bush administration during the War on
Terror has just been released by the Senate Select Committee on
Intelligence. Senator Dianne Feinstein, chairwoman of the Senate
Intelligence Committee, said in the report that the CIA’s interrogation
techniques did not lead to any valuable intelligence. Are George W. Bush
