UNITED States of America - It can now be reported that massive worldwide bank asset deleveraging continues as derivative spreads reach critical mass.
Translation: We are still dealing with massive deflation, no real velocity of money, meaning no cash all paper.
At this hour IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde has told both Swiss and British banking officials that there is a major currency imbalance involving derivatives regarding the British pound, the euro currency and the Swiss franc.
