Watching the 17th (Update 9): The EBT Outage, Dutchsinse, and the Fake Revolution
It appears that Saturday's EBT (food stamps) shutdown was just a dry run...
...and there were three distinct excuses given for its occurrence:
1) A power outage at the ACS (Xerox) facility...
"Sheree Powell, Director of the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, also told NBC10 affiliate KFOR that the system failure is the result of a power outage at a Xerox facility. EBT cards in several states are powered by a company that Xerox owns called ACS, Inc."
2) A computer system upgrade...
"At 2 p.m., an EBT representative told CBS Boston that the system was currently down for a computer system upgrade. She could not say when officials expected the system to be restored."
3) A routine test of backup systems...
"During a routine test of our back-up systems Saturday morning, Xerox’s Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) system experienced a temporary shutdown."
Since the story kept changing about the cause of the outage, let's just call it a "computer glitch." Isn't it remarkable how computer glitches have been shutting down so many things lately, from Google to news sites to financial markets to online banking sites? Needless to say, I suspect this shutdown was quite intentional, and I can think of a number of reasons for its occurrence:
1) It live-tested the shutdown protocol for welfare and food stamps.
2) It allowed the government to gauge the public reaction to a shutdown. You can be sure they were closely monitoring the social media and Walmart security cameras to see how people behaved.
3) It may have given time for monies to be shifted around by the banks or government.
4) It allowed for the testing of the backup voucher system, which failed...
"Ohio’s cash and food assistance card payment systems went down at 11 a.m., said Benjamin Johnson, a spokesman for the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Ohio’s cash system has been fixed, but he said that its electronic benefits transfer card system is still down. Johnson said Xerox is notifying retailers to revert to the manual system, meaning customers can spend up to $50 until the system is back online. Recipients of the state’s supplemental nutrition assistance program, or SNAP, should call the 800 number on the back of their card, and Xerox will guide them through the purchase process.
Illinois residents began reporting problems with their cards — known as LINK in that state — on Saturday morning, said Januari Smith, spokeswoman for the Illinois Department of Human Services. Smith said that typically when the cards aren’t working retailers can call a backup phone number to find out how much money customers have available in their account. But that information also was unavailable because of the outage, so customers weren’t able to use their cards."
Hearing about the backup voucher system brought to mind a widely circulated propaganda video about the Event...
After the 4:00 mark, it states that when the old financial system crashes, a voucher system will be made available for up to $1,000 to purchase necessities. I suspect this is a factual statement. As I've previously written, I do not expect the Occulted Powers (who are control freaks) to allow a full-on breakdown of public order. They'll just want to briefly scare people so they'll accept the lifeline the OPs will offer. The Event (and the scary drama that will precede it) is about generating consent for the new Beast system.
When pondering how far the OPs will allow the scary part of the transition to go, I wrote this in an entry on my old blog...
Once they have squeezed ever readily accessible bit of wealth from the public, they will instigate an attempt to collapse the world financial system, trigger new wars, and implement open martial law in the U.S. Anticipating this attempt, I am left with the question, "How far will they take it?":
Will they trigger a full-on collapse and unleash Homeland Security to kill lots of people, thereby generating maximum horror? The longer such a scenario is allowed to go on, the more risk they face of losing control of the situation.
Will they trigger a full-on collapse and a Homeland Security deployment, then very quickly bring forth their solution before any serious damage takes place? This will generate shock and fear, but will allow them to bring forward the new with less risk of derailment of the plan.
Or will they trigger a few days of bank holidays and an economic freeze, with a clear public indication that a collapse is in process and a Homeland Security deployment is imminent, then bring forward their planned solution before the banks reopen? This would avoid any chaotic public responses that might derail an orderly transition.
My sense it that they will try to go for a quick and orderly transition. Why, you ask? To preserve the herd. The earthly minions of the ET/ED masters could happily get by with just 500 million humans because they need only so many people to build and make things, and they require relatively few people to satisfy their sexual needs and supply their blood rituals. Their ET/ED bosses, on the other hand, likely want as many humans as possible from whom to parasitize energy. The human herd is exceedingly valuable to them.
From my current perspective, it appears that the parasitic ET/EDs who are running the show feed off of a variety of human energies. The "bottom feeders" among them feed off of fear and other negative emotions (these serve on the dark side, the Left Hand); the "gourmet diners" among them feed off of the energies of veneration and worship (they serve on the false light side, the Right Hand, or are the bosses who coordinate the two Hands). So if we are correct in suspecting an ET/ED presence at the very top of the Cabal pyramid, we mustn't forget that the Cabal agenda is all about what they want. The earthly Cabal itself is just a disposable tool to achieve their ends. This will be a bitter realization for those Cabalists who think they are valued and have placed themselves in line for "godhood." A most rude awakening this way comes. Nobody respects a sell-out.
On another subject, I came across this video from Dutchsinse today. In it, he states that he was offered lots of money to participate in the propaganda rollout of the new system, and his claims ring true to me. Anyone who has monitored Clown Posse propaganda for any length of time will know that many of them (Drake, Sheldan Nidle, and Cobra, to name but a few) have told of broadcasts that will come through all forms of media during the Event. Once a crescendo of awareness and fear has been reached, that's when the surprise will come. As if out of nowhere, military and economic forces will jump into action to bring a dead stop to the unfolding nightmare. Posing as a benevolent alliance, they will commandeer all media to broadcast in-depth exposes of all that has been going on behind the scenes in our world. The public will be both shocked and jubilant to finally hear the truth, and it will wash over them like a tsunami. Unfortunately, this limited hangout truth tsunami is intended to carry them away towards an acceptance of the real New World Order.
Dutchsinse's claims also ring true because I too received an offer, although the one I got was different than his. I won't give any specific details because the communications were made in confidence, but I was offered lots of money and access to information about a specific area of Cabal operations. Their intention was to get me to focus on that one area, which would have taken me off the cutting edge of what was going on. They were basically trying to sideline me. What was my response? I made a counter-offer: surrender now.
Switching gears again, this weekend's events have changed my thinking somewhat. I had been expecting the Cabal to stir up the beginnings of a real bloody revolution, but now I'm beginning to see that they might have a made-for-TV, Wag the Dog psyop revolution in mind instead.
If we look at their recent track record, we see that they engineered a relatively bloodless revolution in Egypt (two of them, in fact), and they also ran some very phony false flags: Sandy Hook, the Boston Bombings, etc. Since they have trouble getting Americans to mass on the streets, our revolution might consist merely of symbolic events carried out on TV by actors and relatively small groups of honest, duped demonstrators. The American Psysop Revolution will consist of things like the Truckers Ride and the Veterans March, along with heroic video of "positive military" and "Tea Party patriots" taking action to arrest the wrongdoers and save the Constitution.
Mischief is afoot, but it's damn entertaining.

Watching the 17th (Update 8): Behold America's Engineered Color Revolution
When I saw this article on the Veterans March today, I breathed a sigh of relief. It showed me that the March was not organized as a false-flag vehicle, but as part of the narrative for America's Color Revolution.Who do you think organized this?...
...Who choreographed first the unprecedented and blatantly stupid shutdown of the memorials, then the mainstream media stories of elderly WW2 vets being turned away, and finally their triumphant return due to the efforts of Tea Party-led veterans? Did you ever get the feeling you were being played?
The article notes three specific politicians who participated in the March, and all three are well-known Tea Party leaders: former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, U.S. Senator Mike Lee, and U.S. Senator Ted Cruz...

Now that this Veterans March has been tied to the Tea Party, it is interesting to note that Obama has blamed an "extreme faction" of the House GOP (the Tea Party Caucus) for the government shutdown, and even fellow Republicans are blaming the Tea Party for it.
With all this in mind, do you see how the Establishment is positioning the Tea Party to play a special role during the transition? They are being cast as both the destroyers of the old system (the ones who will cause the default) and the patriots who will "set things right." Will Tea Party politicians like Ron Paul, Rand Paul, Sarah Palin, Mike Lee, and Ted Cruz be featured in the rumored "transitional government"? And are they really on the side of the people, or have they been groomed by the puppet masters to play the roles they'll soon be playing?
Getting back to the Truckers Ride and Veterans March, when pondering the people who are really behind organizing such protests, you might want to consider the information brought up in this article from RT: US ‘world leader’ in color revolution engineering.
