understanding as to why the projections of the RV dates given have

How long will it take to complete the redemptions?
ABOUT 2 YEARS TO GET ALL THE OLD DEBT TAKEN OUT OF THE SYSTEM,

Is paying the countries just a push of a button?
NO. IT IS A CAREFUL IDENTIFICATION PROCESS, THEN NEGOTIATION, THEN SETTLEMENT. THEN A BUTTON IS PUSHED, AND DEBT IS ZEROED.
Does each phase have to be completed before we can move to the next phase?
YES. THE ONLY CAVEAT IS THAT

We have been told that
