John Kettler: UFO War–Some Details Emerge; Others Remain Buried

UFO

The UFO War is over, some think. Others believe the whole thing’s a NWO (New World Order) false flag operation, in support of a fake alien invasion scenario a la Wernher Von Braun via Carol Rosin (video below), but the best evidence indicates the core problem remains, despite the Coalition Forces having ceased operations and disbanded. Contrary to what some may wish to believe, the Reptoids are still very much with us, the Liberation Forces are by no means dropping their guard, and neither should we.  The Liberation Forces’ position was and remains this: The Reptoids have nearly 40 carefully cloaked undersea bases left. This won’t be a popular position in certain alternative circles, but this isn’t a popularity contest, either. Rather, this is a war of ideas, and in that war, there is nothing more dangerous than the truth.

Since the UFO War ended, certain details of what went on behind the scenes have emerged, while some, seemingly mundane ones, remain cloaked in profound secrecy. For starters, not even my incredible sources will reveal the name of either the Coalition Forces or the operation under which the UFO War was conducted. I’ve also learned of one apparent cover story. A U.S. Navy person, recently returned from the Pacific, reports the word was passed that the warships observed were all there because of a fight over fishing rights. Uh huh. If we look at the history of known clashes over fishing rights, such as the Cod Wars, we find only a handful of warships involved. Why, then, would a clash over fishing rights involve two enormously powerful carrier groups? Why would it mandate the use of other Navy warships, naval surveillance and strike means in space and here, plus support from the U.S. Air Force through all manner of highly classified space assets for surveillance and strike? The story doesn’t pass the sniff test even before we add in naval forces from China, Japan, South Korea and Republic of China/Taiwan! Information has also become available on both the nuclear release conundrum and the weapon used.

UFO War–Nuclear Release & Why No NCA?!

People who are aware of such things take it as a given: Only the President may authorize the use of nuclear weapons. It’s the President, so the reasoning goes, who is the NCA (National Command Authority). That’s why the “football” is ever present should the balloon go up and the SIOP (Single Integrated Operational Plan–our strategic nuclear war plan) needs to be executed. As detailed in the Wiki, though, that’s not exactly true. There are others who have such nuclear weapon release authority, under certain specified circumstances.

Highly sensitive sources familiar with nuclear weapon issues have informed me, much to my surprise, there are senior military leaders who have limited nuclear options at their disposal and may, given certain conditions are met, use tactical nuclear weapons, without involving the NCA! In case anyone missed that, it means President Obama doesn’t have to be in the decision loop, and in this case, he wasn’t, since he wasn’t briefed in on the UFO War, either! So who, then, did authorize the nuclear strike that apparently obliterated the Blobs’ Pacific Ocean base 30,000′ down and under the seabed? By what authority did he do it? Did he go renegade and act on his own?

CINCPACFLT. To those who speak Navy, that translates as Commander In Chief, Pacific Fleet. To call the position weighty and of crushing responsibility would be to understate both. Try being on the hook for roughly 1/3 of the world and all the area nations! Admiral Cecil D. Haney is CINPACFLT, and it was he who authorized the third nuclear strike in history, in a covert war, against inconceivable foes. Nor did he go renegade, as some might darkly suspect. To the contrary, what he did was entirely within his command responsibilities and his delegated authority. Note well that word “delegated.” Why? It’s the difference between a lawful act, under U.S. and military law, and nuclear mutiny!

CINCPACFLT has the NCA delegated authority, as do certain other high ranking commanders, to initiate tactical nuclear strike as part of an ongoing operation. The operation was, obviously, the UFO War.  It was using up long overextended naval personnel, ships’ service lives, fuel and other expendables at a prodigious rate and putting enormous strain on the resources of all members of the Coalition Forces to keep the ships at sea and other means in support. Careful analysis had revealed a critical base for the Blobs, and since it was hit, there’ve been no further activities detected. Nor have any such been observed elsewhere in the Pacific Ocean and Antarctic Ocean/Southern Ocean. From all that can be determined, the nuclear strike succeeded and, in the view of some, won the UFO War. But, is that really what happened?

UFO War, Exopolitics And The Liberation Forces

As explained in prior posts, the Liberation Forces were involved in this strike. They were aware it was coming, instituted measures to prevent a dimensional rip caused by the weapon’s detonation and acted upon the smallish amount of radiation released. Those aren’t their signal contribution to the successful conclusion of this phase (not the end of) the UFO War. “What was, then?” you ask. It was that, by mutual agreement brokered through the Universities of Evolution, four sentient Blob type species left the planet.  The Liberation Forces provided four custom designed and built ships (fabricated on another timeline; took about a year to build there before bringing the ships back to our time). Each was optimized for a particular Blob type species, and all of the species operate the ships telepathically. As part of the agreement which allowed most of their fellow species members to return home, those electing to stay pledged to leave humans alone and definitely stop dining on them. So successful have all things been in aggregate that Navy OODs (Officers of the Deck) once again perform their weather deck roving inspections, proudly wearing their emblem of authority, an old fashioned brass spyglass, hearkening way back to the Age of Sail!

UFO War & The Unlikeliest Weapon Ever Devised–Further Details

Since detailing a weapon far more extraordinary and flat out weirder than even the Puckle Gun, a flintlock machine gun which fired musket balls against Christians and square bullets (lead cubes) against the Turkish heathens, certain items have been fleshed out and make far better sense.

It’s now possible to more fully characterize the missile which delivered the 150 KT (kiloton) nuclear limpet mine to its UFO, about to become USO (Unidentified Submerged Object), target. Some of you who read the earlier post and either know about missiles or looked it up, doubtless scratched your heads when trying to grok how the Navy managed to get a 10′ diameter, 103′ long liquid propellant missile (without a ton class warhead plus magnets) aboard a frigate. I sure did. The answer? What was actually launched, as a result of a crash program spanning three weeks of around the clock work by the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Navy in a joint effort operating from Vandenberg Air Force Base, California, was an adaptation of a Titan 2 missile stage to the unique requirements of the vital mission. This work was most urgently conducted under a remarkable defense priority dating back to World War II called DX BRICK-BAT. In simple terms, DX BRICK-BAT means: “Drop everything, and I do mean everything! Get this done and delivered now! We needed it last week!”

Though much remains opaque, what apparently was done was to radically pare a Titan 2 stage such that the booster, not including 150 KT limpet mine, magnets and all, came out no more than 30″ in diameter and 24′ long. Weight? 5-6 tons. Guidance system? TV camera, with fiber optic cable for missile steering commands. Navy VLS (Vertical Launcher Systems) aren’t built to handle anything much wider than the 21′ diameter Tomahawk, and frigates don’t have VLS anyway, so it’s still not possible to explain exactly how this still unknown designator weapon was launched. My contacts told me “You don’t know all the Navy’s launchers.” Clearly, that statement’s true!
UFO War–The Petraeus Angle?
One of my readers has inquired whether General David Petraeus’s sudden resignation as DCI (Director of Central Intelligence) and CIA Director over an affair wasn’t really the true cause, opining that his authorizing the nuclear strike against the Blobs was the likely true explanation. While this may seem reasonable from an outsider’s perspective, it isn’t in reality. Why? In his two former capacities, General Petraeus, though bearing the title of General, didn’t have the authority of one, being an ordinary civilian while in those jobs. As such, he had no more nuclear weapon release authority than you or I do. How so? He wasn’t in the all-important Chain of Command and met none of the criteria for controlling, never mind releasing, nuclear weapons. He formed no part of the NCA, nor was he possessed of delegated authority from it.

So, why did General Petraeus resign? Therein lies a very dark tale. Stay tuned!
