There has been a lot of discussion on Capitol Hill regarding privacy and cyber security, as it seems everywhere you turn someone or something is keeping a watchful eye - in real life and on the Web. There are at least a few members of Congress that want to take an action to ensure that privacy is defended in the digital age, and Steven Titch, a policy analyst and telecommunications expert at the Reason Foundation, discusses the matter with RT's Liz Wahl.
