It is my opinion that the CMKX payouts are directly tied to the new financial system. This is the reason for the ongoing delays as is the reason for the delays with Dinar RV, Prosperity Programs, World Global Settlements. Al Hodges is the attorney that represents the CMKX shareholders and gets updates from those who are working on bringing the new financial system online. ~e
