They are playing the hedge game knowing that the rate will be higher than what they are paying. The delay is an all party agreement and the reason is not available...we feel the latest could be tomorrow but fully expect it today...had a report from HOUSEHOLD BANK IN PANAMA...AND ROYAL BANK N CANADA...THEY THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE CASHING IN THIS AFTERNOON BUT THERE IS NOT A RELEASE ON THE FUNDS...ALL IS READY AND WE NEED THE GOI TO BE DECLARED...the last rate we heard was $5...to the GBP BUT WHO KNOWS...THAT IS IT....THIS WILL BE HISTORIC.

12-30-2011 Guru Doc There have been a few interesting developments this week including the CBI apparently stepping up its buying of dinar. We consider this positive since we know the money supply needs to be reduced to RV at higher rates. Unfortunately Parliament did not return early as was suggested they may. The agenda for Jan 3 (their return) will include the 2012 budget but not the HCl/currency law. We can only speculate when these issues will be addressed and therefore maintain our position the earliest the RV will occur is mid January. Hopefully these issues will be resolved quicker. For now ignore the rumors of other country cash-ins. These are nothing but unsubstantiated rumors. We report, you decide and have a great New Year!
12-30-2011 Guru Poppy3 got another call...saying...all sources of information is saying that the push is on to complete and announce the rv before the end of jan 1 and that it can happen at any time...they need to get it finished because the budget is based on the rv'ed value and it is to open on the 1st, so it can happen.
